SCIENCE FAIR

“SCIENCE BEGINS WITH OBSERVATION”
The ability to make good observations is also essential to the development of the other science process skills: communicating, classifying, measuring, inferring, and predicting.

On 24th September,2022 GURUKUL GLOBAL SCHOOL had organized Inter-class Science fair for the Junior Scientists of Std 6th to 9th. Many projects like Rain water harvesting, Eco-friendly City, Air purifier, Air pressure Gauge,etc were displayed. The Future Scientists flaunted theirs skills in the fair enthusiastically and with confidence.

Fashion Show

On 16th September, 2022 Gurukul Global School had organized Fashion Show representing the Indian states and its importance for our kindergarten kids and their mothers.

All our little champions and their gorgeous mothers flaunted their skills and abilities in the fashion show. Mother and child duo walked down the ramp and explained the importance of the State they represented. They represented different states like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, etc.
Seeing parents n kids duo was a glory for the school and themselves too..

Teacher’s Day

World Teacher’s Day is celebrated on 5th October throughout the world. But in India Teacher’s Day is celebrated on 5th September.

Teacher’s Day Teacher’s Day is the festival of birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna beneficiary Dr. Radhakrishnan Sarvapalli. He was a practical and inspirational teacher of the country used to cherish. In the memory of his contributions as a teacher, we praiseit as Teacher’s Day.

On occasion of Teacher’s Day there was an unusual excitement which was quite contagious for all the teachers. The Gurukulians of Std 8th, 9th and 10th of GURUKUL GLOBAL SCHOOL took over the duties of teachers for a day. A fabulous,entertaining celebration was held in school for teachers. In which the students paid homage to their teachers through beautiful shayaris, poems, speeches, dances, songs and games. The overwhelming love and respect all students showered on the teachers was encouraging and heartfelt by teachers.

ECO-FRIENDLY MAKHAR MAKING COMPETITION

Ganesh Chaturthi is the festival celebrated all over with faith, love and joy. Many families invite Ganpatiji at their homes and establish the Ganpatiji Idol in Makhar and do worship there. Makhar means Ganpati decoration done where we establish GANPATI Idol on Ganesh Chaturthi.

On 30th August 2022, ECO-FRIENDLY MAKHAR MAKING COMPETITION was held by Gurukul Global School for standards 5th to 7th. As people use thermocol in Makhar, School has initiated to create awareness about using ECO-FRIENDLY MAKHAR in Ganesh Chaturthi. All the participants made beautiful Makhars from Waste materials. They made Best out of Waste.

ECO-FRIENDLY Hand Made Ganpati

Ganpati Chaturthi is the most sacred n celebrated festival all over India. We celebrate the birthday of Ganpatiji. On this occasion people concegrate Ganpati idols in their homes or in big pandals in the community.

On 30th August 2022, on account of Ganpati Chaturthi, Gurukulians of Std 2nd to 4th of Gurukul Global School, created beautiful n hand made Ganpati Idols from Clay. The excitement to celebrate Ganpati Chaturthi was at the heights..

JANMASHTAMI CELEBRATION

Janmashtami, Hindu festival celebrating the birth of the god Krishna on the ashtami day of the dark fortnight of the month of Bhadrapada. The number eight has another significance in the Krishna legend in that he is the eighth child of his mother, Devaki. The occasion is observed especially in Mathura and Vrindavan (Brindaban), the scenes of Krishna’s childhood and early youth.

Today on 18th August 2022, Gurukul Global School is observing Janmashtami with their Gurukulians. Pre-Primary and Std 1st to 5th celebrated the birth of Lord Krishna with devotion and enthusiasm. All the students were dressed in traditional attire. We also had some RADHAKRISHNA in our premises..

RAKSHABANDHAN CELEBRATION

“भैया मेरे राखी के बंधन को निभाना”
🌹HAPPY RAKSHABANDHAN 🌹

Raksha Bandhan is a festival that celebrates the sacred bond between a Brother and a Sister. While ‘Raksha’ stands for safety, ‘Bandhan’ means bond, hence highlighting the protective nature of brother-sister relationship and the love the two share.

On 10th August, 2022, GURUKUL GLOBAL SCHOOL had organized RAKHI COMPETITION for std 1st and 2nd
And RAKHI MAKING COMPETITION (BEST OUT OF WASTE) for std 3rd to 5th.. Students had given their best performance. Can say the outcome of coloring rakhi and making rakhi from waste materials was AWSOME.

Independence Day Rangoli Competition

Independence Day Rangoli Competition is a very unique style of Rangoli art, which is made to celebrate the most memorable day in Indian History. In memory of 15th August 1947, India celebrates its Independence Day every year.

🌹On 15th August 2022, India celebrates 75th Independence Day. To pay tribute to our freedom fighters and our Independent motherland India, std. 9th and 10th students of Gurukul Global School took hands on creating colorful Rangoli designs in the school on 13th August 2022. All the students participated with enthusiasm and were filled with zest.

Sprouts Day

“To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we will not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.”

On 28th September, 2022,the pre-primary wing of Gurukul Global School celebrated Sprouts Day in school.

Emphasizing the importance of Sprouts, which are rich in dietary fiber, pupils were served Sprouts in the break. It is an innovative way to teach pupils the importance of eating healthy food like Sprouts, salad, fruits and vegetables.

Navratri Celebration

Navratri is the festival celebrated joyously all over India and abroad also. This festival is observed in honour of goddess Durga and her 9 incarnations.

Gurukul Global School, Wada had organized Navratri Celebration on 30th September, 2022, in school for the students of Pre-primary as well as 1st to 10th. All the students were traditionally dressed and played ras-garba.

On 3rd October, 2022 Gurukul Global School had organized SWACHHATA ABHIYAN in school as well as Panchayat Samiti area. Students of std 1st to 7th went around school premises and Panchayat Samiti area and cleaned the premises.

On 4th October, 2022 students of Gurukul Global School celebrated Dusshera and did sharda /saraswati pooja at school. Students seek blessings of Maa Saraswati to be a good hearted, educated as well as a good human being.
