JANATA RAJA is a Marathi mega-play based on the life of Shivaji Maharaj The play recreates 17th century scenes, including Shivaji’s coronation. The play is enacted against a massive replica of the Shaniwarwada- the seat of the Maratha empire in Pune. The play is a tribute to his life and times.
On 17th March 2023, Gurukul Global School, Wada had arranged tickets for the Marathi Mega Play JANATA RAJA which was scheduled at Shivaji Park, Dadar. This play is related to our great hero Chattrapati Shivaji Raje Bhosle who was the founder of Maratha Empire in Maharashtra. This activity was arranged for students to gain knowledge and feel the greatness of the works and sacrifices of our beloved Shivaji Raje.
