A Healthy Outside, Starts from Inside
Gurukul Global School has conducted healthy hours in the school on Thursday 3rd November 2023 for STD Nursery to X students. During these hours school provides them sprouts with some veggies to eat.
One of the best, and least expensive, ways to add fresh greens to our diets in the winter is by making sprouts. Sprout seeds are inexpensive. Especially because a small amount of seed becomes a much larger amount of sprouts. There are many different types of seeds that you can turn into sprouts.
Sprouts are foods that provide many nutrients for health, especially for children. Because sprouts contain many nutrients such as protein, vitamins, carbohydrates, minerals, so for young children, it has a great effect in supporting the child’s digestive system and is very good for the health of the baby’s skin.
Teacher told them the importance of sprouts and veggies and promote them to add in their daily diet.
